Bamboozled?

Is it ever okay to ask someone that you are getting to know for money? I'm not just talking like $10 for gas but like a large sum like $500?

It just boogles my mind that someone who you just met maybe a month or two ago just feels comfortable enough to ask for that much money. Yes I am aware of scammers and all that but it still trips me up.

I totally want to just give up on this online dating stuff 🙄 but these days what can you do
