After everything that happened with my ex, their friend or "online brother" texted me again about the situation. I don't want to be friends with them and have been ignoring them so they will leave me alone. They triggered me by doing things that my step-dad did and they can't come back from this. I have been ignoring them on a mass level and when I started to think that all of the drama was done and over, I get a nice little message from their "online brother" and this is word from word what they said,
"Hey. Just checking in on how you are! I know you and Elli don't get along but do you mind trying? He really misses you.. Honestly you made him really happy..".
Yes I even added the stupid way that they said the end of it. Like they say they are checking in on me and then they start going on about the way that my ex feels. The name in the text isn't their whole name or their name but it's the name "online brother" knows them by.
But in all honesty, I don't care have they feel or if they still love me because three, yes THREE of my friends have said that my ex told them that they like them. I'm not playing. I'm not. Like then their "online brother" texted my friend that they used to date too. I'm going to finally text the number back today and tell them to stop texting me and to stop annoying everybody else. The whole situation wasn't my fault and I've been as nice as I can be. So now it's my turn to be the bitch and tell people off. The person texting us lives in NEW YORK and we live in TEXAS!!!! Why tf are they doing this? To trigger me more?

i hope they leave you alone soon as ignoring is usually a sign of wanting to be left alone right? anyway i hope that it gets better for you and if you have been nice to them this whole time then you have every right to stand up for yourself!! its honestly not your fault that your ex still likes you because its up to you if you wanna be with them!!
