New Beginnings

I'm writing from a new apartment, new city, new state, and new life.

Well, maybe not entirely - I still have the same partner, the same dreams, the same demons...the same cats! But I've relocated! I'm now 6 hours away from everything I've ever known, and it's equal parts exhilarating and terrifying. I'm following my passion, and my quality of life has never been richer, but in a more literal sense I've also never been poorer. Like I said, it's a delicate balance!

I'm also working on myself - I'm exercising more, eating healthier, and focusing on creating peace for ME, not just for the people I love. That often came at my expense in the past. But I'm putting my best foot forward!

Anyway, this is another check-in of sorts, just less long-winded than my last one. I hope anyone who reads it is doing well, and I hope to be back again soon!
