Report Blog Entry
White bone pierces white skin.
A nervous subject from start to end.
"Will you marry me?
Let me be your white husband?
Ghost write all my poetry?"
She types out quickly,
backspaces onward and deletes.
Fatherless doll sisters;
one with a cobweb ceiling
underneath a voice box
long stopped working.
The other bloated by both
id and ego,
"Want to see how many snacks
fit inside my mouth all at once?!"
The carousel conversation never stops...
The plucky fat one overcompensates
and keeps it going still...
Lives inside coloring book pages
sloppily and arrested maturity.
"If you dress up in my clothes
could you just take the final test for me?"
Another Waxahatchee weekend alone.
Well earned but still hard to accept fully.

Me…lol not amounting to my sister’s grand stature in life mostly and just overcompensating in weird ways because I suck at life, but the way I overcompensate turns everybody off so it’s all pointless.

Just keep striving to be better and love yourself, even if you have flaws. You need to know tht as humans, we have flaws. But tht's ok! We can get better, but we shouldn't overdo it and adopt this toxic "hustle mentality".
It's fine to look up to others, but u need to love yourself as you are. Think abt what u wanna fix, but also think abt if it's rlly worth fixing, yk?
