life won't stop piling up on me, and it feels like it'll never stop. i've tried to take on new projects to distract myself, but it ends up becoming too overwhelming on top of school and work and all the other responsibilities i give to myself. i'm wondering if it's better to just let go of some things, in favour of my own mental health.Β
at least the hobbies that i do pick up are relaxing and helpful. it would be difficult to let go of them, since they bring me so much peace. but unfinished projects do tend to pile up over time. i suppose that's just life, and i have to be better at completing my goals and avoiding taking on too many things at once.
how do you relax? what are some time management or anxiety/stress tips you have that work for you? feel free to comment, any and all help is appreciated, and i love to hear others' thoughts about things like this <3

th0ugh it may be slightly clichΓ©, taking a sh0wer/bath always makes me calmer, or a h0t cup of n0-caffeine tea sh0uld als0 w0rk! ( it w0rkz f0r me pers0nally at least l0l)
