breakups suck

so this guy that im practically dating had a really long convo yesterday, he said hes scared hes gonna mess up. i asked him why he thought this and he said because he got really attached to his ex and she dumped him because she got bored, i want him to know that i wont do that. but i can tell hes slowly losing interest in me. it hurts alot, hes the first guy ive felt like i truly have feelings for since my ex. hes gonna leave me soon i can tell. anyways ig thats it rlly. if anyone has any advice lmk.
