Just accidentally came up with a good sandwich while I was using up stuff I had laying around. It's like a perversion of the chip butty:
- 2 trader joe's frozen hash brown patties, with american cheese melted on top, salted and peppered
- malt vinegar
between
- 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
what should i call this thing?
