I had been woken up late last night by family talking about a man that unexpectedly started ranting about unrelated things and acting inappropriately at a cadets event my sibling was at as part of their time in air cadets.That whole thing was uncomfortable and kept me up for hours, and once I got back to sleep I had a nightmare.
Once I was able to calm down from the nightmare, I got in a fight with a friend because she was only giving important information to understand anything about interactions on a server once I had already alienated myself there and gave up, and then responding during the compulsions to do something dangerous like I was in complete control.
