As I write this, it's 7:44 am. Yesterday I woke up at 4 pm. I want to fix my sleep schedule so bad but I fail every time.
Last week I had an appointment with the psychologist at 9 am. I went to sleep at 10 pm the previous night(all because I was awake for more than 24 hours at that point. I thought "finally I'm gonna sleep like a regular person". But here I am again.
It shouldn't be this hard.
