hyper anonymous message boards were the shit though lbr?
does anyone remember space e-mail from tumblr 2013-2014? it was a message-in-a-bottle type platform where you could send emails to a database, and you can receive random emails from random time periods?
it's still up and running, and i know it boomed for a bit but now its web presence clapped hard so im lowkey looking for my people HAHAHA
the best memories i have of space e-mail are finding rly thoughtful and poetic messages ngl. not that it got me awestruck but it definitely made me feel less lonely. helped me feel rly comfy with my bothersome thoughts and stuff yknow?
nostalgia is my unhealthy kink and im willing to die on this hill, but pls tell me im not alone :')
