i didn’t dream before
and now i dream of you
every night
it’s almost like a nightmare.
but i never want to wake up.
i sleep for hours
what feels like days
chasing you
chasing us
just trying to get
one
more
second
but my eyes always open
eventually
and i’m always so
disappointed
that i couldn’t stay there
forever
