For the past week my sleep schedule has been all over the place.
Not to mention I have started to have nocturnal panic attacks... which is concerning but luckily I have been able to manage it by having a fan by my bed, a cup of water, some calming music and slow deep breathing.
Finally got some good sleep... for two days straight and then woke up at 8:00pm last night and have been awake since.
All of that good sleep has gone out the window and now I`m having a lazy day because I have zero energy to do anything.
Now I`m struggling with the decision on wether or not I take a nap or just stay up the rest of the day.
Honestly I`m gearing towards taking a nap... if my body allows me to but if not I have to get some shit done because I do have a lot of shit done.
