This is Pineapple weed. It is native to where I live in western Washington and it is probably my favorite "weed"
When you crush the yellow green flowers between your fingers, you are met with the unmistakable scent of pineapple!
This plant is in the Chamomile family and is most commonly used to make tea and cookies..which is what we are up to tonight.

Love this plant! :)
We just spent 4 hours harvesting, cleaning, separating heads, and now the butter is infusing for the next few hours. I'm so excited to make cookies tomorrow!

Cool, I've made tea from this plant. It's was a very weak flavored tea.
