how do i stop being such a b1tch

I've come to the very sudden realization that im just mean. Its not like I actively wake up and decide to be a bitch, but whenever I try making sarcastic jokes, they come off as genuine comments or questions. I don't mean to come off as rude, but to a lot of people it does.  Other than learning how to implicate tone in my speech, how can I just be an overall nicer person  💀
