Working out is fucking hard.
I dont mean the activity of it, though my arms are weak as fuck and I cant even go 5 pounds on some of the machines, I mean its hard fucking Waiting.
My gym routine is i do 20 on every machine for what Im focusing on (mostly arms, abs, and back. Legs occasionally.) and then I walk half a mile. Repeat till I cant. Thats a good start for my lazy ass whos never worked out before.
But im never sore after. Arent you supposed to be sore after? I cant do more workouts or anything heavier cause Ill fucking collapse, but I dont feel anything the day after. Am I in a workout limbo?

Work at your own pace and know your limitations. See if you can build yourself up easier.

I'm not a workout expert at all, but maybe you try lighter weights and longer training time / more repeats? Then you will get al little mor endurance and slowly switch to heavier weights.

There /arent/ lower weights for half the things I do. My muscles are /that/ weak
