Asked one of my physcians about treating my ADHD today

I currently suffer from bi-polar disorder, autism, C-PTSD, generalized anxiety disorder, ADHD, depression, fibromyalgia, vasovagal syncope, a heart murmur, and bladder spasms. I have been struggling to find a treatment for my ADHD that won't increase the pre-existing issues I already have. If anyone knows of an ADHD medication that is least likely to exacerbate these illnesses please comment it below.
