Valentine's Day <3

Happy Valentine's Day everybody! Love is in the air, and I must say that it feels amazing. Today is a very special day for me because I have a date. Now, I know that dates are not really a big thing but this one is different and I'll say why. So I did have a boyfriend but that relationship was not the greatest and he never put any effort into our relationship. He never took me out on a date or dressed nicely when we went out. My new and current boyfriend has been the best which is more than I could have asked for. My parents are a bit overprotective so when I go out with a guy they do have to meet him first. My boyfriend is coming to my house to meet my dad which is so so so nerve-racking. My mom is currently out of the country visiting her family, so sadly my boyfriend and mom can't meet each other. I made a basket with candy, snacks, a jar with notes, chocolate, and I also made some handmade clay sculptures. He told me the sweetest thing ever: he bought me tulips and a HUGE teddy bear. I have always wanted someone to give me flowers and this will be the first time it has happened. My dad gave me flowers but that was when my ex broke up with me. SAD I KNOW!! We named the big teddy bear but I kinda forgot the name. 

There's only 3-4 hours before he gets here and I still have homework to finish and I need to workout. Ugh it feels good to type all of these emotions out.

I will definitely update this entry after the date ends.

UPDATE:

Okay so it has been 2 hours since the date eneded and I loved it. He came to the house, introduced himself to my dad, and they even hugged at the end. My dad just asked him simple questions like his job and how he applied to college. He also talked to my mom on the phone.. all she said was that he needs to respect me. He gave me the flowers (they are so beautiful), my HUGE teddy bear, and my candy/snacks. We decieded to eat at Olive Garden because he has never been there before. We pretty much ate the same thing and he paid.. obviously. Towards the end, we went to his car to just "talk".. one thing lead to another then BOOM there we are having sex in his car. I loved it. I am so glad that I was able to experience such a speical moment with him. I love him very much.

Today was perfection :)
