Twitch streaming

(Shameless self promotion) twitch.tv/sladestrife 

I have hit affiliate and absolutely love doing it. I'm working on getting to partner but it is so difficult getting foot traffic into the streams. I was wondering if anyone has any experience in getting in foot traffic to sites like twitch or hell even my OF. 

I want to do this full time or atleast work on building it up more and more. Just feels like I'm spinning my tired right now though.
