Have not blogged in a bit because I was not sure what to blog about. And then it kinda hit me. A nightmare. A rather rough one as well...I sit here on roughly 3 hours of sleep, stressed out, tired and unable to get back to sleep.
So what do I do when I'm like this? Well.... two things really. I tend to find a comfort game to play... something that fights my nightmare that I had. If I could not fight back I will play a game where I can. If I felt I couldn't get away I will get a racer. Ect ect. I do something to take back that power if I can.
But more importantly I go to the two women that I love. The two most important people in my life. Creationharmony and Lauraine. If they are awake they are the first people I message when I wake up regardless, but if they are not. Well I go back and reread our messages...look at pictures and listen to their voices and videos. It calms me down so incredibly fast.
It is so hard to explain the feeling of love, warmth and safety you have in the ones you love. Truly love. It's such a natural feeling and it's so peaceful.
So...now that I have played my game. And gone back and done that. I lay here...only 30min later...calmed down and ready to try and sleep once more. I love you both so so damn much. Thank you. I truly mean it.
