Working on a tart :3

I made the shell (pistachio), and am currently waiting for the pan to cool so I can put it in the freezer.

The filling is going to be rose and raspberry flavored!

Edit: Made the panna cotta filling, and it didn't set up, so I'm just freezing it lol

I think the gelatin didn't mix in properly.
