poem

my last gaze upon you, i still remember your face.

my eyes haven't seen you the same ever since.

torture my mind all you want,

but i know that i've forgotten your words now.

you enslaved me with grief.

throw the bone and close the door gracefully.

i can't forget you now,

but the stray dog will mourn it's owner eternally.

your second death preceded your first.

i saw your reflection leave the mirror.

it suffocates in me now,

but your conscious gets to feel clearer.

my psyche has lost you, and i don't see your trace.

my words won't ever reach you, and i'm your disgrace.

torture my mind all you want,

but i only ask you to not be so blunt.
