I have many problems. One is not reaching out or even allowing myself to vent without feeling guilty. Sorry y'all, but this is my new space to feel real.
I want to be able to embrace all sides of me, the plus and minus sides. The glamorous side and the disgusting side.
Right now, I'm depressed. Today is my mom's bday but she died 6 years ago. We never had a good relationship as she had a lot of substance abuse problems and was pretty toxic. I feel sad for missing her then feel guilty for missing her even though we didn't have a relationship!!
