So i did get a prescription for an adhd medicine, idk if it's a common one elsewhere, but it's a standard practice here, if nothing else they've thrown at you works.
Seems alright so far, no side effects, but i'm gonna have to see in a month how it actually affects me. Also gonna have to check if i can donate blood when i'm on this, i didn't go last friday, i have to deal with some health stuff first before i can go. Idk if i feel focused, just more energetic tbh, definitely feeling better than usual, but it could just be something else, because my mood goes from one side to the other on a weekly basis.
Gonna go to my old home in about a week, to see some old friends and celebrate everyone's birthdays (i wish i was joking, so many of my relatives and friends have their birthday in the span of like a month, me included, although everyone else got to be a pisces and i'm the only one who isn't)
The apartment is a mess rn, nothing is in it's correct place and i'm missing my desk (it's disassembled) and my pc (it's at the shop) But at the end of march i should have stuff figured out. Also i desperately need a table in front of the couch because putting my beer cans on the floor when i wanna watch and drink or drink and game is becoming an inconvenience, some people would call it a coffee table but because i hate coffee and refuse to learn to drink it, my table is gonna be more like a beer table. (it's not funny, beer is objectively disgusting, i have just developed stockholm syndrome or something)
Ok so more about the meds, 30 pills cost me 100 bucks.
"Oh are they strong?"
30mg.
...
fuck you.
I need these to function and i gotta pay that much just for that???? (ok so i will get compensation at some point, but first box i gotta pay out of my own pocket, which is slightly less rancid, but still fucked up if you ask me)
Can't wait for summer, as much as i hate the abysmal temperatures, i don't like the cold either, and during summer my chances of falling down and dying are much lower so it's better already in that regard. And after summer there's the best season (fall). Spring is alright, my birthday is then and seeing all the dead grass and trees after the snow melts has it's own charm. It was especially eerie when i used to walk through this abandoned neighborhood on my way home from school, when i still lived at home. There isn't as many abandoned places here, or atleast ones that are left unattended. Also there's a lot more people here, you're bound to run into atleast one person when you're out. Back in my old town you could gaslight yourself that the world had ended, as long as you couldn't see the road where there would probably be a few cars every now and then.
That's all today, gotta get back to writing here more often.
