rant abt crowds in big concerts

last week i went to the mcr concert in brasil (yes im brazilian and post in english so what) and i had the time of my life, i screamed so much my throat is still fucked up and my neck cant really move without hurting.

BEST FUCKING SHOW I WENT TO, although i say this about every big show i go, this is a little special bc its my chemical romance we're talking abt. they played the whole black parade, gerard gutted a man on stage, frank kissed a man on stage (likely thing for him to do), it was all a fucking blast, i loved every second of the show, got into the mosh pit when they played lady of sorrows and BURY ME IN BLACK!!!!!

ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! BEST ENCORE SETLIST I COULDVE ASKED FOR, sure there could be always more of bullets cause its my favorite album but CMON!!!! SORROWS, BURY ME IN BLACK, DESTROYA, PLANETARY, TO THE END, FOUNDATIONS, EVERYTHING WAS SOOOOOO GOOOD.

but what i really want to talk abt, and this is serious, is the crowd. I couldn't believe my eyes when i looked around and everyone around me was just standing there. like. not even a little dance??? banging your head a little bit???? are we even on the same place????? and i kid you not some people didn't want the mosh pit to open. IN THE PIT. THE PIT THAT IS FAMOUS FOR MOSHING. why dont you want the fork to be in the kitchen????

also, if you don't like moshing, just back the fuck away, no one is forcing you to get in yk??

not to mention the people that didn't get the vibe at all and just stood there doing nothing, pulling their phones out every once in a while then going back to nothing. im not trying to policy anyones ways of having fun at a show but if you just got the pit to have a good view (which is impossible if youre not close to the barricade) and not dance with the rest of the people then just get the upper seats, i bet even gerard could see you from up there and no one would be jumping in front of you to obstruct the view.

i went to the show to have a good time, dance, scream and mosh with strangers and i got that, but seeing people not even trying to have a little fun in the pit was just disappointing and killing my vibe.

of course this was just my personal experience, other spots in the pit were super active and dancing and singing along, i was just super unlucky to be in the boring people spot.

anyways, doesn't matter anymore, my mood is amazing and i hope my chem comes back to brazil cause i loved their show and i wish there was more.
