Times get hard

Lately when things get hard I have an all or nothing mentality. I can never see an obstacle as just that, an obstacle. Every hurdle in my brain becomes this profound truth about how I'm doomed for life or that I'll forever be stuck in that moment. My brain blows up everything simple in my life into a horrible aspect of myself that I will never shake. Oh I forgot to do this hw? Well this means youre a careless stupid woman with no redeeming qualities and you've doomed yourself. Oh I got some cavities after a rough period in life? Well youre disgusting and youre teeth are all gonna fall out and people will never want to be your friend because of it.
