I was thinking right now while watching a Youtube video about "How to ruin your life with self improvement", and it make me realize how much techniques, how much meditation, how much pills, and how much habits we need to put in our days to feel "better" again.
Sometimes our brain is not looking for meditation, it's just looking for free time.
Actually, we are not supposed to live in this world as it is nowadays. All the therapy, all the anxiety in our life is related with the way of living that this f* system force us to live. we are not supposed to see hundred of sex possible matches in our days. We are not supposed to see free nudity. We are not supposed to eat junk food all the time.
I usually think that the only way to avoid this psycho system is living in a offline village with 40 people maximum, start from zero. Yeah, i do know, tech is good in certain way, but we can't disagree the amount of disgrace it brought to us.
We have no privacy online nor offline. We have no peace. We have no creativity anymore. Do you remember when you were a child and you could create any story in your mind just to play with your toys? Well, we lose it.
We are living in a cycle that break our mind and make us crazy, and all the people could mock us just for trying to avoid this system.

I remember reading the book "Sapiens" for my senior seminar class during my last semester of college. There is a part of the book that very much delves into what you are talking about, how a lot of the loneliness we experience in the 21st century stems from the lack of communal villages and that sort of stuff.
