lowks being more negative, like i'll just tell myself that bad talking myself is super lame and that if i kms i'd just be fulfilling that lame bad talk. and that seems to do the trick. hope that helps, if not, sorry :p
It doesn't work for everyone, and it doesn't completely get rid of the feeling but in my experience doing simple things like just being outside and going on daily walks while listening to music has made me appreciate my life slightly more.
