Vent 4

Lifes been going great lately however i cant stop dreaming about one specific friend that ive lost. I remember losing her because i did something dumb. And the thing is I cant even talk to my therapist about it since she tells everything we talk about my parents. I have the urge to cut myself again but I wont since it only complicates things.
