My birthday is coming up and Idfk what I should do

I dread the thought of turning 22, I legit feel like my life is over. I should be sent to the retirement home immediately. Anyways I don't have any friends so I have no one to hang out with on my birthday anyways. I wonder if I'd feel less pathetic about this fact if I just didn't acknowledge it at all.
