Why I Relate.

I feel this often. The urge to hold you in my arms, or the other way around. It's this version of manic that comes from a want to hold someone you feel a deep love for. It doesn't need to be from a romantic desire. But that is why most people use it. You can feel cingulomania for a dead relative, or for nobody in particular.
