hello everyone!! im very nervous for the new year. here are some of my new years resolutions:
1: stop binge eating (like i did last night...)
2: start working out more (maybe ill start with at least 3x a week)
3: lose at least 50lbs (would put me around 125lbs, which is still on the higher end of "healthy" for my height)
4: start being less annoying and loud
5: get my parents to stop saying im "acting weird"
6: get better grades (at LEAST B- in each class)
7: stop doomscrolling (will help with previous resolution)
mostly just want to get skinny, pretty common resolution.
