xmas - bittersweet as always

not much warmth my way. no one i can truly say looks out for me. i hope I is happy with the gifts i got. 

i wish it felt like i was truly spending it "with" someone. life's complicated, but simple. all the pieces are there, i just find it easier to stay alone. my heart soars, empty. still, i have hope for the future. no matter how far.
