2b, 9s, and pod


  Nothing to report. I showed up and did the workout. 

  I really need to eat more. I lost a pound. I need a meat. All I have is sausage right now. That's not doing the job.

Dumbbell Overhead Press 2x5

// 40lbs


Tricep Cable Machine 3x10-12

// 60lbs


Incline Dumbbell Curl + Reverse Curl Superset 3x5

// 100lbs, 25lbs


Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squat 3x8 each leg

// no weight


Weighted Sit-ups 3x10-12

// 35lbs, maybe too heavy? My spine is in danger.

I'd suggest canned fish it might not be the prettiest but it tastes all right in the protein is pretty good as well as the fact the price usually can't be beat and for the sit-up thing I'd suggest still doing weighted sit-ups having some spinal flexion with weight isn't bad it trains all the little muscles that move up your spine overall pretty good workout keep up the good work
