Starting off the week strong. I believe I am ready to move up in weight for a couple exercises. THis workout took a long time but that's mostly because I had no rush. I had a nice time just relaxing. No one was around so I played on my phone a lot. These leg days do not feel intense enough. In the moment they are excruciating but when I am not actively doing to workout I feel nothing. Maybe this is a good thing. It's possible that I am just so in the practice of working out and stretching that my body is acclimated.
I think I am going to add the third set back, depending on how I recover during the rest days. Last cycle I hurt my trap somehow so I am still wary of injury. I have had TWO workout streaks ripped out of my hands due to trap injuries. And I mean I have made significant progress and then I am reset to square one a year or two later when I convince myself to start working out again. So I am staying extra vigilant.
