I keep shaking. cant tell if im cold or anxious. i fear its both,, very nervous about something. an ex friend of mine "navi" (not the friend group ive been posting about recently. this one is from 2023) and i have been speaking again. i wish i rejoin their friendgroup since i dont have anybody else left to go to. the rest are very iffy on me. but shes trying.
