
I got up on time today. I noticed I can't cheat the intensity on heavy weight. With more reps less weight I could just pause if it got too hard. With heavy weight there is no hiding.
I will be focusing on eating today. And sleeping. I did not sleep well last night and I did not eat enough either :/ If I start slacking on those two things then there is no point to go to the gym.
