
I got up extra early. Things are going well. I did get distracted once and wasted some time. I attacked a couple times in clash of clans instead of the planned one time. Probably burns six minutes. I did finish up around seven minutes before my one hour timer went off so that's going well.
The timer is amazing. I am way more focused on the task at hand. I like spending a lot of time at the gym but getting in the habit of going at a faster pace is a good for consistency. I can think of a couple of times where I skipped a workout because I didn't think I had enough time when I had around an hour and thirty minutes. Which SHOULD be enough time but the fact I was in doubt at all means my pace was very slow.
