this is so serious, ive been writing a fanfic on ao3 recently and everything has been going fine, i was really excited to develop the story and its kinda good for once.
But then what happens? ART BLOCK. I cant write anything, i don't know how to write anything, i don't know whats gonna happen on the next chapter which is crazy because i have the whole plot and arcs figured out I just cant fill the spaces between that.
What do I do? Ive been basically rawdogging fanfiction for a month now, just writing what makes sense and updating it. I cant keep living like this but i dont know what to do with the next chapter and this is killing me because its been almost a week which is the time i usually take to write a whole 5k word chapter and im only on 2k right now and i havent reread it yet so its probably shitty as fuck.
This fanfic shit is NOT easy.

Sending virtual support. Sometimes its ok to go out of order and just write the stuff you want to write at the moment then go back to be thinking, "ah how do I link these things now?" the fact that you've been keeping at it for a month is really commendable anyways! 5k words is nothing to scoff at, 2k too!
ive been considering the option of writing out of order too which meant it would take longer to update, but yk what who cares anyway. th for the advice!! <3
