Sometimes it emerges, but most of the time it's out of sight
Should I take life seriously or not
In the end does it matter or not
After all everything ends
The subjective experience of antipatic gone forever at the end of line
Should I grip with titan strength or let it manifest away
One life, as far we know
Are my experiences meaningful or meaningless?
The life of a titan and the life of a maggot in the end resolve the same way

Reminds me of some of the things Hamlet says.
I'm not a big reader so I don't know what Hamlet says but that's high praise I don't deserve

He says some things similar to the last line in your poem. Also Hamlet is obsessed with whether life has any meaning and whether he should kill himself or not.
Hamlet isn't the easiest thing to read but it is super awesome.
