skipping school

Today I missed or skipped school. Let me explain. I gave my teacher a note from my parent saying that I wouldn't be going to school today, but she said I don't need your excuses to be at school. I didn't go to school anyway. She started messaging my parent asking 'Why isn’t your child in class?' 'Today is a school day.' My parent didn’t respond to this, and I think tomorrow I’ll have to deal with her; she will definitely yell.

Overall, I don’t know where I was wrong since the document with my parent's signature stating that I wouldn't be at school on a certain date and the reason was already given to her. Well, wish me luck on Friday.
