Is it okay to try out subcul jirai if I don't drink/smoke?

I wanna wear subcul jirai for the winter bc lolita only has skirts and skirts are banned during the winter. I don't go to clubs. I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't date. Oh but I do have mental health issues and an interesting home life...
