august and september were very turbulent, but towards the end of september i think things started getting more established

ROUTINE
- SLEEP! - again its back. im so bad w fixing this but im still gonna keep trying. the goal atm is to go to bed around 12 and wake up around 8...bc my earliest class start around 8:40. but eventually i do want to try bringing that a little back to maybe 11:30 - 7:30 so that I can take my time washing up, brewing some tea maybe
the specific morning routine in mind: shower, brush teeth, brew tea, morning journal
night routine: tidy room if neccessary, shower, brush teeth, tea, journal
ACADEMICS
- better study planning....idrk...i still have the goal of setting aside some time to review everyday for a class but idrk what im doing. i did make a notion page for planning this sorta stuff so hopefully it helps
- Office hours...i should try to go...its just kinda awkward sometimes and also all of my professors' office hours are on thursday and for other times u have to book them and then u have to meet 1 on 1 its weird
- figuring stuff out in general for academics...itd be good to set aside some time now and then to research ab career paths..uuoo idk...
FUN THINGS
- dont gaf too much ab this rn. maybe just drawing but i do that every now and then naturally anyways

feel like ive been procrastinating on doing this page for a while..im hoping it will help me get going on kicking off a new month though
