I'm not sure why but if I l allow myself to remain hungry for a few hours I begin to feel like vomiting. Hence why I snack periodically but recently I've been trying to cut out snacking sm bc it upsets my mom (DW I'm underweight so it's not like a weight issue) and I can bear with mild hunger but the feeling of almost vommiting is horrid. Does anyone know how to get rid of it without eating??

Does not eating for a while make anyone else wanna vomit?
