Someone help me, I really don't know what's happening to my computer, the internet keeps going out and then comes back on and so on, but on my cell phone I do have internet but on the computer it goes away, does anyone know why this happens, could it be a virus or something? Can someone help me?
alguien me ayuda la verdad no se que le pasa a mi computadora que a cada rato se le va el internet y después vuelve y así pero en el celular si tengo internet pero en la computadora se me va alguien sabe porque pasa esto será un virus o que será alguien me ayuda

it's a virus (probably), if it's Windows open task manager and see if there are any suspicious programs running in the background, close them (if you can and if they close) and use something like revounistaller to remove it, if you can't do this take it to a service center or ask someone, I'm 14, sorry if I said something wrong lol
How do I get back and I repeat sometimes the wifi goes out, the signal goes away and then comes back, from there for a while it goes away and doesn't come out anymore and I have to pay for it so that I get the signal again and sometimes it goes away and comes back, it goes away and comes back
Cómo vuelvo y te repito a veces se apaga el wifi se va la señal y luego vuelve de ahí por rato se va y ya no sale y tengo que pagarla para que de nuevo me agarre la señal y a veces ce va y regresa se va y regresa
