Mental health and pacing yourself

So I stream on twitch, do art, post on social media and more. I am trying to build a career out of all of this. But with that can come long hours. Streaming, planning, interacting with people and more.


It's easy to loose track of time and pacing...and you can easily break. It's easy to lose sight of goals and get discouraged. Breaks and days off are healthy. But in this type of industry if you take a break the algorithm eats you. So I build up content so I can break if I need to. It helps out alot.

Like right now. I'm burnt and mentally drained. Going to take a few days off from streaming and re-enter myself and get some much needed rest =^.^=
