a watchparty of the final tsitp ep

Hey angels, how are you? 

I've wanting to make this post since last week but I got so lazy and forgot about it, buttt we're reaching wednesday and we know our wednesdays will never be the same with the ending of The summer I turned pretty!! 

Last wednesday, I got knowing there would be a watch party near me for the final ep of the tv show and as I had seen a lot of videos showing events like this on tiktok, I thought it'd be a good girlhood moment!

The bar would open at 6pm, but the transmission would happen at 9pm. They had already warned about maximum capacity, they told people to arrive early but as I didn't want to go alone, I went with my mom and she left work at 6pm and she didn't want to arrive there so early... so we got there around 8h15pm.

Guys... there was NO place left! Even the street was crowded! The line was huge, I should have taken a picture of it; there was ONLY WOMEN lmao I remember even with this chaos I got so excited 'cause I felt it was a girly moment. Some girls were chatting with friends, some on their phones and some were trying to talk to the security guard so everyone could get in.

Meanwhile, inside the place, they were struggling with the internet so the projector thing wasn't working. I confess my mom started complaining and saying if it took too long we'd leave. We stayed outside for 30 minutes-ish, the line got smaller 'cause some people gave up and left. It was almost 9pm when the man came outside and said he'd let the rest of us get in BUT there was no place to seat and we'd be on our own inside there. 

And he didn't lie! There was NO PLACE TO EVEN STAND! My mom and I found a place near the bathrooms so we wouldn't bother anyone. All I know is, the transmissions was supposed to start at 9pm, it started around 9h30 if not more! 

But even with all these bad stuff, it was an amazing night! Seeing everyone going out on a wednesday night just to watch the last episode of tv show was so funny, having the chance to experience other's reactions same time as mine! When the Conrad showed up, everyone screamed, we sang Taylor's songs, we laughed, we cried! I only had seen this type of stuff on tiktok and getting to experience it irl was reallyyyy enjoyable! 

I almost didn't get any pics, none of my outfit sadly but I wore a denim low waisted mini skirt with a red shirt (team conraddd) with my dark red slingback (yes I stood on slingbacks for almost 3 hours without sitting not even once!) Though I recorded the screen (I'm adding a frame here) and I bought one Belly's Margarita (it's a pomegranate margarita which im also adding the photo here)
