I joined the lolita community a few years ago and have since been looking into its past and history. During said research, I happened to stumble upon a concept refered to as 'pure maidens. I'm not going to elaborate here but if you'd like further clarification I have a YouTube video on that. Anyways I know there are a few Lolita's upon this side of the interweb and as such I'd like to inquire as to if anyone knew if they were ral or even better yet knew/were a pure maiden? The concept itself is quite intriguing and I'd love to know if they were real or not!

I was a small child when this was supposedly a thing, so I can't answer for sure... There was an old post on Fyeahlolita about it, which seems to suggest that it was a thing, and that might be where you heard of it. I haven't seen it really mentioned anywhere else. If you did, I'd be curious to know where, since it's probably the most intriguing take on the lifestyle.
Sorry I don't have a concrete answer, I'm mostly just really excited to find another member of the community on here haha
I did first hear abt it on Fyeahlolita but I later went on to find more abt it on other sources!!!
