i fear i may be cringe as all hell for writing this. please be kind in the comments. i'm typically not one for real person (fan)fiction, but the petekey lore has a death grip on my brain, so i decided to write a vampire au on ao3 about it. y'know. to cope. (aka, i may not be normal about petekey, but at least i'm not heychris)

summary: mikey spends the first couple years of his un-life dreading that he will be freshly twenty one forever. it doesn't help that he's apparently one of the first "thin-bloods" in existence, which means he's now practically shunned from both kindred and kine society alike. sure, he's got the support of his brother and his friends-turned-bandmates, but it only eases the bitterness so much, considering they're all stuck in the same predicament.
and then pete comes along and changes everything.
