How can I be confident in my choices again?
I don't think I have a disorder, maybe just laziness, but I would love to medicate myself with those ADHD meds and be productive at some point.

I started reading books to see if I can spend less time on my phone. They're not long books, just short ones with large print and sometimes some pictures and simpler language, as books that offer the opposite exhaustion can lead to mental exhaustion.
I've been trying for 5 days and I'm hoping it works more.

ive been trying too but i feel like its so difficult when my phone is so accessible to me and i dont have a desk and have the excuse of sleeping late and waking up late :[
I always study in bed because I'm not productive at a desk
I recommend that you start drinking coffee to try to help with sleep, although this is a tip from rock bottom to rock bottom lmao
