people have breaks for different reasons so its probably best to talk abt it, breaks could be no contact or limited contact but shouldnt rlly b daily and then some people date other ppl during breaks and some people dont so yk, good to talk over
a lot of people just use breaks as a way to focus on themselves tho and thats probably like the most ideal but idk ur sitch yo✌️
